Mina Milovanović is a Junior Researcher in the Muscle Cellular and Molecular Biology Group at the IMGGE. She is conducting experimental work for her PhD thesis in the field of muscle regenerative biology. Her research is focused on the investigation of molecular mechanisms of skeletal muscle repair and heart regeneration using zebrafish as a model organism.

Mina earned her bachelor’s degree in Biology from the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade, in 2020, followed by a master's degree in Biology in 2021. In the same year, she enrolled in the PhD program in Molecular Biology – Molecular Biomedicine at the Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade, and began working as a Junior Researcher at the IMGGE.
