Maja Gvozdenov, PhD, awarded Innovation Fund's Proof of Concept grant

The project entitled "Application of fluorescent substrate for fast and specific detection of Staphylococcus aureus in milk" aims to develop a reliable, specific, fast and cost-effective test for detection of pathogen strain Staphylococcus aureus in milk, with the potential for application in other dairy products.
