Mina Mandic awarded FEMS Research Grant

This fellowship will enable her three-month study visit in the Laboratory for Biotechnology of the National Technical University of Athens in Greece. The followship was awarded for the project entitled "Purification and biochemical characterization of novel bacterial laccases from Pseudmonas strains". The focus of the project is investigation of novel, potentially more effective bacterial enzymes with a widespread potential in industry and environmental protection.
