Ivana Strahinic, PhD, awarded Science Fund's grant of the Diaspora Collaboration Program

The PLASH project is focused on understanding mechanisms of epidermal response to lactobacilli in skin repair and eradication of intracellular pathogens. The project collaborator is Prof. Irena Pastar from University of Miami, USA, whose laboratory is involved in research on wound healing and host response to cutaneous infections:
