Director of ICGEB visited IMGGE

On Tuesday, October 25, 2022, IMGGE was visited by Professor Lawrence Banks, Director-General of the International Center for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB) from Trieste, which promotes sustainable development through modern research and education. Professor Banks spoke to heads of laboratories, groups and sectors at IMGGE about science development and technology transfer, as well as the BIO4 campus and the functioning of the Institute within the planned campus. During his visit and tour of IMGGE, Professor Banks paid special attention to the Center for Genome Sequencing and Bioinformatics.
