The Center for the Promotion of Science and the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation awarded the coordinators of selected citizen science projects at a ceremony held at the National Museum of Serbia on December 26, 2023. Dr. Miloš Rokić, whose project is among the six approved for funding, received the award for the Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering. This project connects patients suffering from diabetes, healthcare professionals and researchers to improve the patients' quality of life. The other participants in this project are the Association of Diabetes Patients "Blue Circle" and the Clinic for Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolic Diseases of the University Clinical Center of Serbia.
