Research interest:

My laboratory is interested in regulation of  granule exocytosis-mediated cytotoxicity, a major mechanism used by cytotoxic lymphocytes (CTL) to kill tumor and virally infected cells. Other research interests include tumor-induced T lymphocyte dysfunction and genetic manipulation of T lymphocyte function for cancer immunotherapy.
