OBLAST NAUČNOG INTERESOVANJA

Analiza diverziteta mitohondrijske DNK savremene populacije Srbije što predstavlja osnovu za komparativna istraživanja drevnih populacija koje su naseljavale ovo područje.

Testiranje bioaktivnih komponenti izolovanih iz gljiva i analiza njihovih potencijalnih terapeutskih svojstava primenom in vitro testova za ispitivanje citotoksičnosti, ćelijske adhezije i migratornog potencijala ćelija. Ispitivanje efekata bioaktivnih jedinjenja na ekspresiju pojedinih SOX gena kao i poznatih tumor supresora i onkogena.
