  • Izolacija, fenotipska i genotipska karakterizacija enterokoka, izolovanih iz različitih ekoloških niša
  • Ispitivanja probiotskih karakteristika enterokoka i drugih sojeva bakterija mlečne kiseline, u cilju dizajniranja novih probiotičkih i prebiotičkih preparata, kao i karakterizacija molekularnih mehanizama u osnovi probiotičkih aktivnosti prirodnih izolata bakterija mlečne kiseline
  • Ispitivanje negativnih uticaja antibiotika kroz analizu gena za antibiotske rezistencije i druge faktore virulencije prisutnih kod enterokoka izolovanih iz različitih ekoloških niša.
  • Proizvodnja inovativnog probiotičkog fermentisanog napitka za domaće životinje
  • Mikrobiološka kontrola probiotičkih liofilizovanih, tabletiranih i kapsuliranih preparata
