"DNA FINGERPRINT" analysis of microorganisms (with existing primer)
Genotyping is the process of determining the differences at the genetic level between the different samples analyzed. In molecular microbiology this purpose standard used rep-PCR, or PCR using primers designed to recognize certain palindromic repetitive or repetitive intragenic consensus sequence. Using standard BOX, (GTG)5 and ERIC primers obtained adequate patterns, whose comparison is possible discriminate against different bacterial strains.
