Determination of antibacterial activity of compounds on ESKAPE panel

The antibacterial activity of the compound is determined by a standardized microdilution method for the determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of the compound on 6 standard strains of microorganisms that make up the ESCAPE panel (Enterococcus faecium, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Enterobacter sp.). The method is based on making 9 serial dilutions of the test compound and determining the concentration at which bacterial strains do not show visible growth after 24 h. The test is done in quadruplicate. Growth is determined by spectrophotometric measurement.

Type of analysis:

Determination of antibacterial activity of compounds on ESCAPE panel

The results are given in the form of MIC value in [g/ml] for each microorganism.

The price of the analysis is 8030.00 dinars with VAT for a single compound, and 4290.00 dinars with VAT for each additional compound.

Payment should be made to the account of the Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering 160-350089-28, reference number 05, with the indication for Determination of antibacterial activity of the compound on the ESKAPE panel.
