Determination of antifungal activity of compounds on Candida albicans ATCC 10231 strain

The antifungal activity of the compound is determined by a standardized microdilution method for the determination of the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) in RPMI medium, in quadruplicate. The method is based on making 9 serial dilutions of the test compound and determining the concentration at which the Candida albicans strain ATCC 10231 shows no visible growth after 24 h. Growth is determined by spectrophotometric measurements.

Type of analysis:

Determination of antifungal activity of compounds on Candida albicans strain ATCC 10231

The results are given in the form of the MIC value in [g/ml]

The price of the analysis is 5,820.00 dinars with VAT for single compound and 2,610.00 dinars with VAT for each additional compound.

Payment should be made to the Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering account no. 160-350089-28, reference number 05, with the indication for Determination of antifungal activity of compounds on Candida albicans ATCC 10231 strain.
