OBLAST NAUČNOG INTERESOVANJA

Proučavanje oksidativnog stresa izazvanog abiotičkim faktorima na biljkama iz familije Fabaceae. Analiza aktivnosti antioksidativnih enzima, antioksidanata male molekulske mase i detekcija rektivnih kiseoničnih vrsta u bilnjim tkivima izloženim abiotičkom stresu. Analiza kompozicije fenolnih jedinjenja prisutnih u semenima akonomski značajnih vrsta familije Fabaceae. Izučavanje biološke raspoloživosti, antioksidativne i antiproliferativne aktivnosti fenolnih jedinjenja tokom in vitro digestije u prisustvu kompleksnih hranljivih matriksa. Molkularno-biološka analiza drevne DNK vrsta familije Fabaceae poreklom sa arheoloških nalazišta u istočnoj Srbiji.
