OBLAST NAUČNOG INTERESOVANJA

Izučavanje molekularnih mehanizama koji su uključeni u odgovor biljaka na nutritivni stres, sa akcentom na izučavanje uloge mikroRNK u regulaciji genske ekspresije u ovom tipu abiotičkog stresa.

Molekularno-genetička, biohemijska i ćelijska karakterizacija gena uključenih u mehanizme reparacije i rekombinacije DNK u patogenoj gljivi kukuruza Ustilago maydis (homologna rekombinacija, reparacija, mejoza, odgovor ćelija na oksidativni stres, očuvanje genetičkog integriteta).
