Mehanizmi uključeni u regulaciju ekspresije humanog SOX3 gena tokom neuralne diferencijacije: transkripcioni faktori, signalni putevi, epigenetički mehanizmi.

Uloga Wnt/β-katenin signalnog puta u regulaciji ekspresije humanih SOXB1 gena (SOX1, SOX2 i SOX3)

Ispitivanje uticaja bioaktivnih jedinjenja na osnovne ćelijske procese(vijabilnost, proliferaciju, apoptozu, adheziju, migraciju, oksidativni status) u cilju identifikacije supstanci koje bi mogle biti korisni dodaci ishrani ljudi i životinja
