OBLAST NAUČNOG INTERESOVANJA

Izučavanje molekularnih mehanizama uključenih u regulaciju ekspresije odabranih eukariotskih gena. Istraživanje molekularne osnove različitih retkih bolesti, analiza genetičkih polimorfizama koji su značajni za optimizaciju farmako-terapije inflamatornih bolesti. Primena animalnih mezenhimalnih matičnih ćelija adipoznog tkiva u regenerativnoj medicini i tkivnom inženjerstvu. Izučavanje pristupa za povećanje terapeutskog kapaciteta ovih ćelija genetičkim modifikacijama - eksprimiranjem specifičnih transgena čiji produkti bi pospešili remodelovanje koštanog i hrskavičavog tkiva.
