Colleagues from Japan in IMGGE

Last week IMGGE has hosted colleagues from Japan who are involved in environmental protecation and who collaborate in this field of research with Faculty of Chemistry, University of Belgrade. Collaboration is realized through the project "Capacity building for analysis and reduction measures of persistent organic pollutants in Serbia” funded by Japan International Cooperation Agency, and lead by prof. dr Vladimir Beskoski and prof. dr Takeshi Nakano. During the visit colleagues from Japan were introduced to the IMGGE capacities, and have discussed options for potential future collaboration with IMGGE's Acting Director, dr Jelena Begovic.
