11th Researchers' Night celebrated on Septembar 30th

Institute of Molecular Genetics and Genetic Engineering, Faculty of Physical Chemistry and Faculty of Biology, University of Belgrade have celebrated European Researchers' Night on Friday, 30 September by Treasure Hunt dedicated primarily to elementary school pupils. Over a thousand participants have been solving the tasks on four locations in Knez Mihailova. They were making slimy pets in front of Knez Mihailova 10 with the team of students from the Faculty of Physical Chemistry, and solving the tasks from genetics, biology and geology organized by IMGGE in the Cervantes Institute, the French Institute and the Belgrade City Library. Contents organized by the IMGGE have included students from the Faculty of Biology, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Pharmacy and the Faculty of Technology and Metallurgy who have previously attended Biology and Chemistry Program at the Regional Center for Talents Belgrade II. The Treasure hunt was attended by about 1,000 visitors, Over 400 participants of the Treasure Hunt gathered all the four seals for the successful completion of tasks and were awarded a junior researcher diploma.
